I prefer this channel as I have sure belief of the guys natural physic, so it is like some advice you can follow naturally, if I did not injure my wrist 😭 use wrist supports and a curl bar now, the barbell is not good for real heavy weights curl but you can do it on a curl bar
You need to change your early bench press video. You say to not go past 90 degrees. In this one you say go to chest. They are inconsistent with each other
