I miss helpfull tips for those who can't keep their legs straight. This makes some of the excersises impossible and without alterations and your tips it's just frustrating. Pleaaaaase help your less flexible viewers

this was hard but at the same time really fun! I could really really feel it and I challenged myself to do every exercise for the entire 30 seconds even when I wanted to stop or take breaks in between and booooy it was hard hdkdh but I felt good knowing I could keep going if I put my mind to it (except for the elbow planks dhkdjf I did take a small break in those 😖)

Love this one! I do wish that you could advise us with each exercise when to breathe in and when to breathe out. It would be great if you incorporated that into all of your sessions. Breathing is so important! 😊
