I have break in online classes and l can do this workout, because it’s just 5 minutes
I have been a fan of Leslie from 2003 or 4 when her programs were available thru cds. Unfortunately the world was so big then that i could not buy the cd as they would not post it to India! Then when i subscribed to Gaia yoga class much later, where these walks were available. I have been doing just those walks – 3 mins, 5 mins, 2 miles, and 3 miles. That's it. Only recently i looked her up on youtube and she looks the same! What power and energy! Now all her 5 min walsk are my favourite on youtube and i play them on auto every hour!! That keeps me active… Thanks and more power to you , Leslie!
