Since your video is very impressive and tempting i also wanted to follow you with you diet plan as well to help it benefit exercise we copy from you.
I don't understand one thing..The workouts are very intense and they are definitely not for beginners..you have to be atleast 50% fit to start these..so what exercises are there for beginners..say 25kg overweight .In gym from the day 1 trainer is asking my friend to jump..it's not possible and medically correct also..
So can you please upload some videos or exercises to start for a 25 kg overweight woman so that she can atleast start.
