Day 1 is in the books! Woah! Let's see how this goes. 😅
1st day… after I did 100… I thought I am done… but I continued doing and I decided it in 3 set…. 1 sets includes 100 squats… that was for day 1….. but 2nd day… my muscles were so sore that I thought I will not be able to do but i give it a try and i did it all 335 squats in one go…. and i felt very amazed and proud of myself… today is Day3… idk whether my legs are swollen or it's just my muscles growing… but I can really feel the change… now my thigh muscles are still sore.. but I will definitely continue doing it for 1 month and see real change…. idk what will be the outcome after 1 month…. I will definitely let you guys know the outcome after one month 😁

You guy, this is the fourth time I’ve been doing it and I’m still doing it like a daily routine. I take rest about the 30s in 3 parts of this squad. My butt and my legs get burning literally, I feel something change on my butt anyway I had a combine grow glute easy video( 10mins) before I did this challenge. Be patient with your exercises and you will be get better. I hopefully every girl watch this comment will have motivated to do it. We try together💪🏻💪🏻 for a healthy life 🙏🏻
