I love to train my back. I love how lean and strong they look. Here are 7 of my favourite back exercises, which I’ll do when I hit the gym. This routine targets the entire back muscles – your lats, mid back, upper and lower back.
Do these exercises at least once a week. Don’t forget to also work on other body parts and fit in your HIIT and cardio workout.

The bar during lat pull-down should not be released until starting position aft each rep since you don't wanna keep activating the scapula which is already activated when you pull the bar until halfway down. Good info tho, it's always great to see a woman into fitness💛

Bent over barbell row- never look to the floor ,while you are performing this execrise,your spine wont llike this !Dead lift – your body pass the neutral position and you lean backwards-too dangerous !!!
I have only just started watching this but I love how you are dedicated to detailing the exercise. Can’t stand some of these videos when they just chat rubbish for 20 mins before they even show you an exercise! Subscribed x
