I generally feel demotivated after I workout, and I stop my workouts in middle. In all your videos I feel like someone is actually working out along with me😅. I get motivated all along. Spreading positive vibes might be easy but being positive when body is burning physically is a challenge.

Hi I have been following two of your workout video… so far I loves it very much as I am not the type of home workout person.. but so far so good since Fmco now .. just a question, with 15 mins work out but 4 times a week is it good enough

Joannah soh ur workout are really good for beginners , but you are doing all the exercises too fast , I'm beginner , I can do slow only .. I can't do as fast as you do ..
