I've been ending my workout with this video for a few times now mainly because I find it very therapeutic. I'm going through a tough time mentally with myself for a while now and when he says to gather your anxiety and worries and throw it away, I cant help but tear up. I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for all your hard work you do for us. I find strength, happiness, confidence and an emotional release with your workouts. 💚

I do this dance workout as a cool down for alot of other workouts and sometimes to just losen up without getting my heart rate going to much and I can honestly say I cry every single time when its time to hug your self something about taking all your pain and releasing it just makes me well up and then I find myself smiling by the end, thank you guys so much
