I'm so confused you have over 6mil subs but not over a mil views on each video, that don't even add up come on people stop procrastinating stop being lazy let's all do these work outs!! Don't just sub and put it off sub and follow thru! I got my bands in the mail a few weeks ago and been addicted I know this may sound CRAZY but I quite enjoy sex with my partner so my thoughts on working out now is just mentally think like if I was making love I'd deal with the strain and the burning in the muscles in different positions, so I just imagine it's like a good sex session as far as my stamina and being able to do different things, also I actually do want to continue to be flexible and bend into different positions so I love the work outs like this🤣😂 🤷🏻♀️

If you do 2 rounds then you should really feel it. One round is too less for me

Thank you for improved sound quality and a great workout. If I may suggest something it is to make some of you future Youtube workouts WITHOUT MUSIC!!! Yes i’m serious. I love your workouts and your voice but the music is kind of ‘to bum bum bum modern’ to
me, and I would LOVE to be able to select my my own choise of Indie music to it. Maybe it can say in the title if the workout is without music so we can be prepared and have our music ready aside just like it works on the app. I love that!
