Tuesday Feb 6 – 2 Miles
Wednesday Feb 7 – 3 Miles
Thursday Feb 8 – 5 Miles
Friday Feb 9 – 5 Miles

Hi, my name is Taylor. I have one question. I have receive my miracle miles dvd and in it is the schedule of which mile walks to do. Is it alright to start with 1 mile dvd that 35 minutes ?

I am starting week one….but what are the best kinds of sneakers to look for. Mine are hurting my feet a bit as I have been walking with Leslie for 3 weeks now. I see a variety of sneakers on folks int he video, what would Leslie recommend?
