Followed these walks a few years ago and got into good shape, then fell off the healthy wagon and have gotten very overweight and out of shape again. Just did my first walk in a very long time and loved it as much as I did the very first time, so inspiring and positive!

Will you guys be making any more videos outside near nature ? The steel city ones are soooO beautiful 😄 I love them ALL but many of us are missing being outside as often so those ones are really rather special 😊 and will never get to visit those kind of cities and countries . If there is an ankle pain, I cannot pick up the speed with you Leslie, is there any harm if there is a slower pace sometimes, means when the ankle pains. Another thing is that sometimes my balance gets disturbed. Any solution for that?

I have just found you on you tube and I think you are fantastic. I have started doing your exercises every morning and I am doing the 1 mile..
I have just found out that I have osteoarthritis in both knees, so I am trying to lose about 7lbs.
Do you do any walking exercises that are not to hard on the knees as some times I cannot do the fast ones as don't know whether I'm doing myself good or not. Or is it just a case of when it gets too fast for me I just do gentle moves at my own pace
I love walking but do you do anything aimed at people with osteoarthritis in there knees
