EXERCISES
1) March on the Spot
2) Step Jacks

Interval: 40secs Workout 20sec Rest – 9 Intervals
Sequence: Repeat 2 sets.
Total Workout Time: 20 mins
To progress:
– Repeat a total of 3 – 4 rounds.
– Increase the workout time to 50 secs and reduce the rest time to 10 secs.
– You can choose to lift a pair of light dumbbells.

Day 1.. 82,1 kg 171 cm.. rarely exercise, i hate exercise because i often start with hard movement that i found in other channel workout (usually they write beginner friendly, but for me it is not beginner at all !!!!) and make me sore all over my body. sadly i was not encourage to do it again in the next day . i'm starting with this video because i want to exercise sutainably. The movements are easy to follow, however my knee hurt in "lunge step back" movement. maybe i'm doing it wrong. i should work on the form.
It looks simple but it works out the whole body …I'm dripping in sweat right now lol

im a nursing student and because of the pandemic, i rarely move from my study space. i recently found out i gained weight and am now an obese girl 🙁 for reference i’m a 4’11 girl, so my weight isn’t normal for my height. started doing this today! finally found a workout fit for a starter like me! will update once i found my consistency in doing this! ❤️

starated this workout just three days ago! ive done it twice and i can already feel my core getting stronger!
Done this today for the first time. I am hoping to continue this with some diet control as well. I am asthmatic and my overweight body makes it hard for me to exercise. I find this one a bit kind to my lungs but at the same time makes me sweat a lot.
My goal is to focus on having a healthier body and mind, I would really love to loose 50-60lbs this year as well (I have been quite overnight most my life) . This work out was perfect, not to easy but not to hard, I very much appreciate that there is no jumping involved. Thank you for uploading this video, the instructor is also great at keeping me motivated to finish the workout!

I never comment on anything but this workout is TOO GOOD!! I'm actually quite slim so people just assume I'm fit, but in reality I haven't moved in forever… This workout got my heart racing and my body sweating. The kind and motivational words Joanna was saying really got me through it and I will definitely do this more often. Thank you!
I had surgery, 2 years ago and then gained a lot of weight while recovering. Every other workout hurt me to the point I couldn't do it everyday. I know what it feels like to be healthy and I really wanted to get back into workout somehow but knew it would have to be a very slow pace. Thank you for this video. It is doable and I have faith I'll be able to keep up with this now and get more active
