Leslie you're my motivation whenever I feel not good to do workout I just watch your videos , these videos motivate me to be healthy n fit . From a couple of days my left knee feels injury or pain so couldn't perform properly step out move . I hope my knee will be fit again that I will perform all these steps properly .

Why are there two commercials in the middle of the workout? They should be at the beginning always. It makes me sad.
I was wrong. 3 commercials during this workout. I have this workout on dvd. But it would have been nice to use this for 2 mile days. Love Leslie. But all the commercials interrupting the workout really makes me sad.
I now know never to use this workout on YouTube

Still here Leslie, after a lockdown 18 months. I generally do a 2 mile walk with you every day, and lift a few weights as well, trying to keep well in these weird times. Thank you, I always smile when I work out with you.

I love your workout!
I enjoyed this straightforward walk to add to my home exercise routine. Everything flowed seamlessly without "my leg didn't want to go yet" or "My foot didn't land on it." I tend to be unmotivated as it is without the false starts so this is what I will use and alternate with the classic 2 mile workout.
So I struggle to do all these different exercises so walking is good for me. However during the day I don’t really do much I do chores now and again then I sit down to watch tv then later I exercise will I still get the benefits?

I am almost totally blind even though I go to the gym frequently. The one thing I can’t do is walk outside by myself. I get tired of biking and doing the machines with a mask on. Did this work out today and it’s a great addition to my walking routine and didn’t need a treadmill. Thank you so much! I could follow along well.
