Enjoying her videos so far but the music was too loud and drowning out her voice on this one. I couldn't get past the first two minutes on this one.
Thank you so much for your videos. I was an avid follower till two years ago when I had a massive stroke. It has been a long hard road considering I couldn't even move after the stroke. I have been trying to work out, but everything has been too difficult. I thought I would try to workout again and found this video. I have to adjust some of the moves and can't do all of them, but I found that if I have two chairs on both sides of me that I can use for balance, I can at least walk and do some variations of the other moves. I am beginning my next phase of recovery and will be doing this video everyday until I can move on. Thanks for all that you do!
i have a chronic occlusion of the right Coronary Artery & a branch will this advice improve my condition

I love this. My motivation is up….partly because of the guy in the back (by the W on the wall). That guy has moves and is so happy. At 70 years young, I like the safety of convenience of walking at home (especially now that we are expecting a lot of snow). Thank you spending the time to create this video(s) and thank you to all that joined in (especially my fav guy in the back. LOL) Walk on, my friends, walk on. You all rock (as my son would say).
