1) Single Leg Lunge
2) Squat Abductor
3) Donkey Kick
4) Frog Kick
5) Hip Thrust
6) Single Leg Hip Thrust
45secs Work – 15secs Rest. Aim to complete 3 circuits.
Take a 1 minute break in between circuits.

unfortunately I really couldn't get into this workout because of the insane number of adverts throughout! had to stop at least five times and that was just in the first half. would be much better to simply put adverts in the one minute break so that it doesn't disrupt the routine.
Been doing this weekly along with two other strength training workouts for 4 weeks now. The first two weeks I stopped after 2 sets. Now is the 4th week and I completed everything with added weight and could even do another set! Thanks so much Johanna for all this great content and helping me achieve my goals, you're a role model 💪

I DEFINITELY felt this. One suggestion. When you say "squeeze," tell which muscle(s) to squeeze–butt, abs, thigh, ? I probably should know, but I don't always. Pretty hard workout for me. My legs and butt are whining.Thank you or your workouts!

The squat abductors after single leg lunges were such a killer! I could hardly stay down. But a great great sweaty workout. Loved it.
