This is not something I often share, in fact it took me a lot of courage to share my ACNE journey with you. I went through an episode of really bad acne when I was 20 – 22 years old. Then it completely went away for 4 years, and I never thought I’d have to go through this phase again. Guess what? I started having terrible breakouts 3 years back, and that lasted for another 2 years.
Within that 2 year, I’ve tried different products and supplements, and I don’t always get it right. But these are few natural supplements which have helped me. My skin has only started improving the past one year.
If you’re going through acne right now, trust me, I know how it feels. It can affect your confidence, and it did for me. I hope you’ll find strength in this video and that some of the tips will help you.

i just wanted to share this.
I tried Zinc picolinate it doesn't work for me. i tried probiotics but during that time i was taking anti-biotics as well so i didn't know if it works. Weeks later acne came back. Now i'm trying vitamin B5, break out is lesser but there is still acne. Might try ur recommended supps soon! ^_^

Hi joanna, i COMPLETELY understand what you went through, i also suffered very bad acne in my teens, i had it on my forehead and my back mainly, and it made me feel very insecure and NO confidence at all.. it was only in my late 30s, i decided to do something about it, my diet was terrible but my fitness was fab since my early teens, so i decided to work on my diet and start a healthy NATURAL skin cleansing regime, after 6 months i noticed it was improving.. 2yrs on, all my acne is no longer in my life! I'm juicing, eating loads of veg, superfoods, pumpkin seeds for magnesium, eating herbs, ive tried fish oil, I've tried different vitamins, ive tried evening primrose and starflower for a while, ive tried milk thistle for liver cleanse, cut out milk/dairy where I was getting probiotics. ive tried everything and I'm so fed up and depressed of having acne at 32 years old. Ive never had acne and ive had it for 1 year now. It really affects you when you once had clear skin. Dont know what to do. And its made me not want to go on dates 😩
More spots appear when some heal. I get big lumps come up. And lots of little bumps that make my skin look like severe acne because when the lumps heal they are red dots that have stayed there for ages. My face is also very irritated , dry and tingly.
