I DARE YOU!! 🔥 Are you ready to complete 1,000 Squat & Lunge? This is going to challenge your lower body’s strength and endurance. Your legs, thighs, glutes and calves will be on fire for the next couple of days! It’s not going to be easy, but you’ll love the burn! 10 exercises, 50 reps each, repeated 2 rounds through.

EXERCISES
1) Basic Squat
2) Static Lunge
3) Narrow Squat
4) Alternate Reverse Lunge
5) Sumo Squat
6) Curtsy Lunge
7) Side Step Squat
8) Explosive Lunge
9) Squat Pulses
10) Squat to Lunge
Complete 50 reps for each exercise before moving on to the next. Repeat 2 rounds. That’s 1000 squats and lunges!

Day 39 of 8 week weight loss programme damn i couldnt complete this i had to stop halfway through my legs are jelly and while coming downstairs i couldnt feel my legs 😫😫i have never given half way through with any of her workout

Completed 1000 may be skipped one r two counts but managed nd sucessfully completed
I have somehow managed to complete this workout but now my legs are so sore that i cant even walk properly.
this was soooo amazingly painful

I go the half way, 50 reps of 5 squats and 5 lunges variations and that means 500 reps in total, fist round everydays.
Today has been the most hardest workout that I've ever done,my legs,actually the whole body is almost paralyzed😥i didn't do the 1000 because iv taken some breaks but at least i managed to pull the whole workout,i can't breathe
