I hope this video will encourage you to find creative ways to start adding more vegetables into your diet. It might be challenging to begin, but keep trying and tweak as you go along, and soon, you will be making delicious and satisfying meatless meals and before you know it, you don’t even miss meat at all.

Jackfruit (young type) sauteed with coconut milk sauce mix with dried fish or any meat is a must try!!!!!!!!
…and one food source which can replace all of these great food sources- hemp seed.

Wish we had Edamame aat our store. ☺️ Mushrooms does make a good meat substitute. Love them. Cauliflower can replace meat. I should of got some more today darn it.
U can also use Elephant foot yam (senakilangu) instead of shrimps it's really gives nice taste .

The problem with Soy, it contains a female hormone that is nasty for men, so it would wise to mention it before reciting the list.

Dear Joanna: I’m your follower. My respects to you. My question is: you said mushrooms, eggplants, cauliflower are as good as meat BUT they only have 2 or 3g of protein per 100gr COMPARE TO MEAT or edamame which is good with 17 grams what a big difference. Now I’m doubting you. Can you explain please?
I wish you had mention the amount of protein in each food you mentioned, just like you did with tempeh the first food.

I love it when people call mushrooms plants. Like they didn't go to elementary school.
Tempeh is high in carbs. No deal. Beans and legumes are ALSO high in carbs. No deal. I'm allergic to eggplant. No thanks. Tofu and edamame are soy… not good for you. Quinoa has too many carbs. No deal. Also too many carbs in jackfruit. I'm still looking for a meat replacement. Why? Because of all the additives in today's meat. Just because beef is pasture raised doesn't mean they don't put crap in it after its slaughtered. I'm looking for a CLEAN diet that is low in carbs.
