This is NOT the finish line, It’s the STARTING LINE! It is where you go from here! We are here to ALWAYS walk with you and ALWAYS keep you motivated to make your HEALTH your # 1 priority!
You will be able to access the Daily Walk Assignments for week 6 by clicking on the links below each day for your WALK at Home workout! And always, you can swap out a “WALK at Home” video with a Walk around the neighborhood, or a treadmill walk! Just use this for a guide, count 15 minutes of “Brisk” walking as 1 Mile of exercise! At Home or On the Streets …it all works for your good health goals!

Anyone who has completed all 6 weeks?? How much weight did you lose?
Hello walking team…I am almost finished week 6 and will start again from week 1. Just wondering when to incorporate the bonus burn. Did not do them this time around. Is it everyday before the daily workout or is it everyday after the daily workout? Or do we just do the bonus burn once a week? This challenge is a great pace and looking forward to other challenges in the future.

Nature is great but if you live in a neighborhood you dont want to people to see you walk like a maniac.Im gonna put on a sweater or long sleave and do this.THANK YOU!!

I started with the challenge last week. It feels good to burn those extra pounds that I gained during my pregnancy. I have a question. I follow the links for daily workout. What about the bonus burn ? Do I have to work it out daily ?

I finished all six weeks, last Thursday. Trying to figure out what to do next, I have concluded that my body really needs the week six in particular so I'm gonna do just week six again starting today, and then see what happens next week.
