What would you suggest if i workout around 7:30pm? I try to eat my dinner around 5pm 5.30pm , them i work out for 1h 30 min and i take a protein shake. Takea real meal at 9pm is quite too much for me just before to sleep. What to you think about this timing? Thanks in advance.

Hi Johanna I have two questions
I am doing 16/8 intermittent fasting and I am doing work out in the morning.My eating window is 2.30 pm and 10 pm
So is it ok if I eat eggs in dinner so I have protein in my body to repair post workout tear
As soon as we eat our body secret insulin which is fat storing hormone,so in case of insulin resistance please guide me how to plan my meal plan which will fit in 16/8 intermittent pattern
is it alright to consume complex carbs as lunch at 2pm and workout at 5pm? my training sessions are 45-60 minutes . please answer someone

i have some question, im doing intermitten fasting (16:8) window to eat 12 pm – 8 pm,
my workout session at 9:30 pm/10 pm (this is the most convenient time on my schedule to workout), is it bad that i dont eat anything after workout? i usually go to sleep after that. should i try to change my schedule? any advice would be helpful, thank you

How long does it take for your “post workout meal” to ACTUALLY be digested? You telling me you digest food in 30min NAH bro, takes like 24 hours, the food you eat yesterday determines how you recover.

hey, what if i were to drink a glass of cow’s milk post-workout? will that help me gain the necessary nutrients while also revitalising me? can i add a teaspoon of sugar to it to add flavour? i have always been a bit apprehensive about protein shakes and powders and have milk at home almost everyday so, i wish to know if it could also be counted as a healthy supplement.

Thank you so much for all of your knowledge sharing & the exercises. I have a question, I normally do my exercises about 1/2-1hr after my dinner (30-40 min of walking/light jogging), and have no more food after that. Does it mean I have been doing it the wrong way? Should I change it to do my exercise first then dinner?
