Yes, you can strength train at home WITHOUT any weights. We want to use our own body as resistance. This is a 45-Minute Total Body Strength Training Workout. We’ll be working on your lower body, upper body and abs!
There will be a total of 4 sets. The aim is to complete 20 reps for each exercise in the 1st set, 15 reps in the 2nd set, 10 reps in the 3rd set and only 5 reps in the final set.
Exercises:
1) Lateral Squat Walk
2) Lunge to Curtsy
3) Narrow to Wide Push-ups
4) Superman Squeeze to Plank
5) Single Leg Lunge
6) Heel Touch Glute Bridge
7) Dolphin Push-up
8) Plank Up-Down
Estimated Calories Burned: 300 – 400Cals

i have liked your videos but this one is tooooo challenging…no good warmups before one is doing all these…in fact the push up one has actually made my arms really sore and thats just the beginning…..
did this workout for the 3rd time and finally I completed all 4 sets! I take many more breaks and the lunge to curtsy is so goddamn hard for me that I can only do them in reps of 5 with a little break between them, but honestly it just means this workout is challenging af for me so I can keep doing it twice week for quite a while longer haha! hoping to see progression over time!

Joanna, im on the last week of ur 8 weeks challenge and i think this is the most difficult one. Thank you for putting the playlist for us and so far ive lost 3kg, and i think the inch lost is more than the weight loss. But the most important thing is im happier. Thank you, love.

ok so I tried this workout today, and I was skeptical I thought that this is easy since it doesn't require weights & jumping. but I was wrong!!!!!!! I was struggling even for the 1st set! I tell you it wasn't easy even for a person who does 5days workout in a week like me! But am so glad that I didn't skip and challenge myself to finish all the sets! I am covered with sweats and I love it!!!! I will do this workout probably 2-3 days a week cause I really love the burns !
This has no weights and no jumping but don't be fooled, it is REALLY HARD. Loved it!
Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 – 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss
I do your ten minute work out for teenagers, and now am debating whether or not to do this. Lol idk…

Wow, this was horrible. I exercise a lot so i thought id be able to do this, but this was impossible to finish for me. I feel really disappointed with myself:/ Barely lasted for 2 sets.

This is harder than it looks, but keep going you’ll get stronger! 💪🏾😊 First time I did completed first 2 rounds of this workout, 2 days later I completed 3 rounds and another 2 days and completed all the rounds! Now working on taking less breaks and being less shakey esp with the upper body parts because I can squat for days but my upper body strength is pretty weak but working on improving that.

It took 45 min for me to complete 2 sets properly… Due to shortage of time I'm not able to complete this workout… Will complete this some another day… And hope I will improve and will complete the whole workout in the given time limit….
I just underestimate these workout ond its looks easy but when I do these workout I m exhaust really badly it's harder then even hiit . so I really loves these workout make me feel stronger 💪❤️❤️❤️ and feel my body
That was very challenging. It took me 1hr40minutes to complete it.
day 1 of me doing this workout and i could barely keep up for most of them 😭 completely out of breath i think staying at home during the pandemic has made me really lazy, will be coming back everyday until i can do this fully without any breaks! let's get strong tgt everyone 🙂

i'm amazed at how she explains every step while doing it..i love her vibes and her workouts looks "doable" although it actually hard for me to do haha..but because of her positif vibes, she make me want to do it and challenge myself!
by the time I was done with the second set I l was screaming out loud "two more sets?!?!?!?!?! oh hellll noooooooooooo". But I finished!!!!!! LOL can't freaking believe it. High five yayyyyyy
