Hai joanna i have pcos problem before pcos i was 56 Kg now I'm 78 kg can you please tell me total body workout to reduce my weight I'm just confused of lots of workout and food item's for pcos to reduce weight

It is only joanna who can make me out of breath. Every time i watched n follow her class,omg sweats are dripping everywhere. Lots of love,for making us motivated and fit! More power to you!
No one has ever explained to me why your fingers must face forward when doing exercises like the crab kicks or reverse plank…. Is it meant to prevent injury in some way? Because that position is super uncomfortable for me and I feel like I'm more likely to hurt myself in it.

Great workout! Sadly there are ads in literally every other exercise. Kinda destroys the flow
Great workout and I love your personality and energy. Is there any way to move the ads to the standing exercises? LOL 4-5 times (in 20 minutes) I was down on the floor and had to run across the room to click the ad and continue the workout. I guess that's how they make you pay the bills, right? 🙂 I can't afford to buy a bunch of memberships so I'll figure out how to deal.
