Hi dear now a days lm become a big big fan of u…im from sri lanka and l want to know that can l take over night soaking dry grapes with that water in the early morning… because I usually take it as my first thing in my day
I drink a mixture of lemon juice, ACV, ginger, tumeric, cayenne pepper and honey almost every morning, before my morning workouts. I may be doing too much😄
