Building a STRONG CORE is the first step toward making maximal gains in strength and power, and performing any kind of skilled athletic movement. Believe it or not, you can build rock-solid core strength without doing crunches! These are 7 total body strength exercises which will also activate your core muscles, build strength and get your heart rate up!

1) Reverse Lunge – Shoulder Press
2) Plank Row – Knee Tucks
3) Bridge Fly – Reverse Crunch
4) Spiderman Push-ups
5) Rotational Plank
6) Superman Squeeze
7) Y-Scap Jump

I love you, I love you. U r the best. I am just confused as to which exercise to do on what day? As in one video u said, upper body workout on alternate days, PERFECT, then another cardio set for one day, then what about this video, when should I do it? How can I set my calendar for workouts. Please guide. Its extremely important.

As usual amazing workout. I can never stop sweating in the middle of NY winter at the end of your workouts! But does anyone else experience back ache the next day? I have a back ache that I don’t know if it is because I worked it too hard or because I did something wrong. Anyone else have similar experience?

I was really depressed for a while and i was doing short workouts in these days and i decided to do this long workout and just finished this one and it got me super sweaty and totally loving this.
