EXERCISES
Circuit 1
1) Single Arm Dumbbell Row x2
2) Deadlift to Shoulder Press

Circuit 2
1) Hip Bridge Chest Press
2) Hip Bridge Fly
3) Pushups

Circuit 3
1) Upright Row to Front Raise
2) Lateral Raise
3) Punches

Circuit 4
1) Bicep Curl to Tricep Kickback
2) Reverse Fly
3) Forearm Plank to Dolphin

Started week 5 of the 8 weeks challenge yesterday! This workout is SO nice but I'm sad because I don't have any dumbbells. I use 2 600ml water bottles but I know I can lift heavier. 🙁

Day 2 of week 5 of the 8 weeks workout done. I feel lighter but I added some more inches in my body, am I doing it correctly? I really love your workout, and I don't want to stop because You are very motivating and I get drain whenever I do your workout and am loving it. Hi Joanna, thank you very much for this work out programme. I am havin some trouble doing push ups i don't know the correct way to so them, i find them very hard (even without weights). i can do all the other exercises including planks but not the push ups, it feels like i have no strenght or i maybe i don't have the correct arms position … Can you help with tips on how to do them correctly?

help even 5 kgs is too much for the dumbellfly skskk i can't go lower than beginner level wtf xD??
What do I do if I can do the Chest press with 5kgs but not the dumbell fly? I can't keep changing weights inbetween exercices it takes too much time T-T
