these facts seem so easy to apply when you just look at them but the truth is they arent. remember, dont be so hard on yourself. weight loss is a slow steady journey with a lot of bumps in the road but you'll get there eventually.
from someone currently struggling with BED, ive known these facts and so many more, ive watched videos, read countless articles but i cant seem to get myself back on track. please make a video on eating disorders. i need to not feel so lonely in this battle 🙁
