hey lucy, first of all: i LOVE your videos!!! 🙂
can you maybe do a thigh and booty workout for people with bad knees? because i have an old injury in my knee which does not allow me to do squats/lunges and to knee down for that long 🙁 and i feel that my thighs and booty needs improvement but i kind of dont know what exercises to do 🙁

Great video! That last move was killer! I have very little abdominal strength and I could hardly get my bum off the floor 😂

it's kind of weird, but when I do the second exersice my hip kind of pops when I bring my leg back to the floor.. it doesn't really hurt, but it does hinder me from doing the exercise.. Does anybody know what I can do about this?

PLZ HELP!! i started from more than a month eating healthy all the time and i exercise usually everyday and sometimes more than once a day . My problem is belly fat and i'm following more than a workout to get rid of it BUT there are no results😞am really thinking of giving up so plzz help me . any advice from any one plzz
