can you maybe do a thigh and booty workout for people with bad knees? because i have an old injury in my knee which does not allow me to do squats/lunges and to knee down for that long 🙁 and i feel that my thighs and booty needs improvement but i kind of dont know what exercises to do 🙁

it's kind of weird, but when I do the second exersice my hip kind of pops when I bring my leg back to the floor.. it doesn't really hurt, but it does hinder me from doing the exercise.. Does anybody know what I can do about this?
