With most of us spending more time at home working, and studying, we tend to reach for unhealthy snacks at home. Here are 3 of my favourite snack recipes which are healthy, extremely easy to make (only 5 – 8 ingredients each) and will provide you with energy to keep going!
1) Banana Oat Muffins (makes 8 – 10)
– 1.5 cups Oats
– 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
– 2 Bananas, mashed
– 2 Eggs
– 2 tbsps. Honey / Maple Syrup
– 1/4 cup crushed Walnuts
– 2 tbsps. Dried Cranberries
– 1 tsp. Baking Soda
**Preheat oven to 180C / 350F
2) Dark Chocolate Smoothie (serves 1)
– 1 Banana
– 2 tbsps. Greek yoghurt
– 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
– 1/4 cup Strawberries
– 1/4 cup Blueberries
– 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
– 1 tsp. Dark Chocolate Powder
3) Chia Pudding (serves 2)
– ¼ cup Chia Seeds
– 1 cup Milk, any choice
– 1 tsp. Maple Syrup or Honey
– 1 Large Banana, mashed
– 2 tbsps. Peanut Butter

This is a wonderful video! I love your recipes! (I'm an ardent fan of them since 2014!)
But these are incomplete. I cannot make the muffins if I don't know the degrees of the oven : ( I'm gonna guess 375° F for 15 mins, but is that right? (Also, the yoghurt amounts didn't match in the description box and video.) Just checking!

Hello Joanna. This may be a weird request, but my children and I almost drowned this weekend after being sucked into a river. It took all of my strength and endurance to keep their heads somewhat above water. I was wondering if you could recommend a playlist of yours for endurance and "dryland" strength training, or if you would consider making such a video in the future. In the past few days, I realize I really want to build my lung capacity and muscles in case of a future ER. Thank you.

Hey I have been doing a lot of workout for 28 days now but the programme will soon end now…I obviously can't keep doing this my entire life.. So should I keep doing these workout even after I lose weoght to ensure I don't gain any weight over and over again? Amd if I don’t then will I gain back the weight and fat I just lost?

Hi Joanna, I tried the banana oat muffin. It was soo yummy. I usually fail at baking but I was so satisfied with the outcome of my muffins. It look nice, yummy and healthy at the same time 🙂
