+Lucy Wyndham-Read is it better working out at night so you loose all the weight. If u do it in the morning won't you put it all back on during the day??😘🌸💕💗

LUCY READ THIS ********I was doing the last one as a plank and i felt it only in my arms as i did all of these exercises.My arms are muscly enough and I wouldn't like them to get even more. I felt like this didn't do anything for my stomach and legs which I need more.Help me please what should I do?Please include more lower body,stomach exercises.Thanks ♥

hi lucy! i am thinking of re-starting these exercise's and i am just wondering how i can start like what point do i restart from because i want to be fit 4 summer and i do eat really healthy meals but then coming to snack times i just eat junk. So its probably motivation i need but as a trainer please dm this on my instagram: livmeyrickk its a picture of me i think…wait might not be but yeah thank you lucy for your time to doing these videos!

💪❤️😍 #DONE 💪❤️😍 This was fun! I started out doing the Feb. Tuesday arm workout from your calendar and then came here. So I feel like I got a nice arm workout. I want nice looking arms for June because my son is getting married and I don't want flabby arms in pictures. 😜
