I've hesitated to do kicks after a person told me that she heard someone shouldn't do kicks after 50 years old. I don't fully believe this however I do remain a bit hesitant. Does anyone know or better yet, Lucy, please let us know should you read this.
I just did this after over eating at Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for these easy 4 min workouts that make me keep going even after eating bgg way too much.
Will I lose my hip fat with this because I really need to lose my hip fat also my belly fat which I’m working on with the 7 min lose belly fat workout and I’m really loving it I just need to eat healthier too
Morning Lucy! Hope you are well. I started this morning with your 10 min Cadio and Abs tone. Followed by this work out, am totally puffed!!. It was the 4mins HIIT that got mu heart working and I felt out of breath. Great way to start another day of home working and schooling. You really are a gift that keeps giving, it's so much appreciated, thank you ❤
Hi Lucy, I love your workouts and the exercises in this video. Just a little note: the first time in this video that says you have burned 24 calories the words on the screen say 51 calories. I think they probably need to be swapped around. Thank you so much. You have helped me a lot getting back to shape!

Day 3: ✅ already loss an inch
Day 4: ✅ lost another inch and a half
