I would love a step series in the future.10 to 15 minutes I love how it gets the heartrate up fast even when just doing a basic step up 🙂

#DONE ❤️ I loved this workout! I started with the February playlist workout for Monday and then came here. I got out my old aerobic step from the 80's 😅 and then joined along. Fun and effective! Loved it! 😍
