Lucy thank you so much for everything you selflessly do! Not only do i work out to you but my grandfather who has become mostly wheelchair bound used your disability workout yesterday. A workout for everyone!

I've only just started to watch your videos recently and I'm kicking myself that I haven't subscribed until now! I'm aiming to tone up a little bit, so I've been doing a few of your workouts after my cardio sessions in the gym, and I'm loving them! And you're so lovely Lucy, you're beautiful on the inside and outside! You're such a refreshing role model for you girls like myself, and anyone trying to get fit! Thank you for much Lucy….we really save a lot of money when we exercise from home with you everyday….. I feel very motivated…. I make it a must everyday to find 5-6 minutes to do these workouts. I feel so proud afterwards.

I was spiralling down a path of an eating disorder and I saw your channel and it inspired me to take control of my own body. I now eat clean every day, I use your workouts every day and do lots more daily activities. I've been here for 2 months so far, I've lost 10 pounds healthily and have kicked my eating disorders butt! Thank you for helping me to turn my life around❤

Hi Lucy 😚im so glad that i subscribed to your awesome channel. Its been nearly two weeks that i have been doing your exercises and i have seen a big difference in my body! I never get fed up working out with your 15 mins workout and the 5 mins workout so much to choose from i say to my hubby & kids i have my own private trainer all to myself lol have a fab weekend xx💓

i love you'r videos! i still watch all of them, even tho i'm 30 weeks pregnant, and because of extreme pregnancy sickness (still having it) a walk is more than enough for me right now.. at 30 weeks pregnant i'm still 5kg (11 lbs) under my starting weight, so i'm not supposed to work out 😛 still can't miss a video from you tho 😛

Also really looking forward to the March challenge! Wanted to say thanks for the effort you go to. I have been following you for a couple of months and I LOVE the variation in workouts, the duration is perfect and I am now doing two or three a day with a rest day. My body has NEVER been so toned and shapely. Have recommended you to several friends/relatives and will continue to do so. Inspiring stuff. 💪🏼❤️

#done 👍🏻 I somehow was able to start exercising a little earlier this morning even though I was sooooooo sleepy 😴 and I was able to do three of your videos. One of them was an arm workout that I did two times. 😉☺️😍❤️💪🏼 Thanks Lucy for who you are and what you stand for. I'm ready for the March challenge. Oh, by the way I'm not sleepy anymore! 😂 just sweaty. Off to shower and teach the little ones. 👫

Lucy, I had a baby 11 weeks ago and I'm ready to start working out again, but I know you have to be careful especially with your abs being different. I only saw 2 post-natal work out videos on your channel. I'd love to see more, or even a series. Anyone else agree?

Thank you sooo much for taking those of us with disabilities in consideration! So many of the fitness youtubers seem to focus on the advanced viewers, and don't give modifications. I have multiple sclerosis, and am so happy to finally find workouts that I can feel successful doing 🙂

I love this channel!! I have coeliacs disease which means my body doesn't absorb a lot of nutrients so I don't have much energy but these workouts are fab!! Now I do football, netball, basketball, tennis and athletics, I am just like everyone else but I just have to try a bit harder because I have less energy 😁 love you!! ❤
