As I have said before, I am a short girl. I do all your workouts each day. I am also trying to stick to healthy nutrition as well. Your workouts are always amazing and I enjoy each and every one of them. As I said, its just my lower belly and thighs that I am struggling with. How do you deal with working out when the weather is really hot and you just don't feel like you have the energy to do a workout? Any tips on how to cool down in the heat as well?

I dont think I have 'glowed' so much in four mins in my life! Did this x3 times an burnt 50 cals in first around that only ten less then I would burn in ten mins! 153 cal total!

Love your videos. In just a few weeks, I have trimmed down into a nice shape and I just turned 50. I love yr workouts cos they are quick and easy, no excuse not to do them they are so short.
