Hey, I'm going camping next week with my family because I'm on holidays however this will mean that I will not be able to go on the internet so won't be able to do your exercise every day 🙁 I'm just wondering what I would be able to do when I'm there to do with fitness so I don't get out of shape. Ilysm and I love your workouts so much, you are the best fitness trainer I have come across so far on you tube. You inspire me to be the healthiest version of myself. xx

Done! This was good but my legs and booty still really hurt from the previous one. I can barely walk. But I know it's working 🙂 I can feel my muscules now 😀

This one burned and was painful (in a good way). I prefer cardio lol, but it did remind that I need to be challenging myself more with floor based exercises more!
