I did this video tonight- it has been one of my favorites for over two years now. I credit this one for helping my back getting stronger. My sports doctor told me to do core exercises for my back after I injured two lower discs in my back and suffered from excruciating pain for over two years until I finally saw him- you know, insurance companies make you go to several doctors and physical therapy which made me hurt and suffer more for two year- ugh. So I started doing this video and two others for two weeks- I couldn't believe it when each day, the pain became less and less and I no longer needed Ibuprophen to get through the day. Thanks a million- if my sports doctor hadn't recommended me doing core exercises, to which prompted me to see if there were any videos here on YouTube with core exercises (this is how I found you!), I cringe to think of the pain I would still be in. Thanks a million, Lucy- you have no idea how uplifting and glorious it was when two summers ago, after three months of doing your videos, how confident boosting it was for me to get in and out of a kayak WITHOUT help from my husband or daughter. I never thought that I would ever be able to do that again, that I would always need help. You helped make this happen, I even started mountain biking and hiking challenging trails again. I can't say enough about your videos and you, as my amazing trainer. I wouldn't go to another trainer- I have the best right here!

Did this last year fantastic. However my bingo wings started to disappear but l got creepy skin under my arms. Is this common should l keep going.

Hi, how are you doing? thank you for your workout programs, I love them and had share them with family and friends.but I have a question so my body's like an upside down pear. big top and small bottom. Plus some belly because I had gave birth to four children and I am almost 50 years old. so what kind of workout programs should I follow. oh also recently during covid I got into two car accidents seven months apart. so I am in a recovery. I can't get down on to the floor but I can workout standing up. So could you give me some advice.
