My mom has had kidney surgery and after the surgery her stitches opened and now has a hernia. She really wants to get fit but can't do many ab workouts or lift much weight. is there a workout that could work for her?

Hey Lucy this is amazing. I am 33 now and I always loved to do work out's when I was younger​ but in my early twenties I became a back and neck patient and had various treatments over the years… i have a busy job and a housekeeping so low on time… and last week I decided to start picking up fitness again and found you on YouTube and the day after I subscribe this shows up! amazing! I just bought Heidi. ☺️ sweet Lucy if it's possible… could you maybe make a character that focuses on people with back and neck problems. Cause I really want to get toned and fit again but it's a challenge when you have those problems. lots of thanks. 💖

Hi Lucy, I have written a comment to you before. I am a new subbie who suffers with hypothyroidism, even though it is managed with meds, I still find it so terribly hard to lose weight. Before I was diagnosed (4 years ago) I was always able to lose weight at the drop of a hat, not so the case anymore. I am 67 years old with joint issues. I never really enjoyed exercising because my weight was manageable. Since subscribing to your channel, you have given me the incentive to push forward. All of your exercises are easy on my joints. I am only doing the beginners walk and tone exercise, but I can keep up for the 16 minute exercises. I would like to say thank you for giving me my life back. I absolutely adore you and think you are amazing God bless you for all that you do for people of all ages. much love you from New York. Your the best!!ll XOXO

I'm a 45 yr old mom of a 9 yr old and 2 yr old. Post pregnancy I've had 5 surgeries including a hysterectomy and hysterectomy repair. Im not sure which plan would be the best for me. I need fast mom workouts and menopause and post surgery 🙂

Think I will buy Mandy's plan. I am not menopausal but I do take some anxiety meds that makes it difficult to lose weight (a side effect is weight gain). I'm thinking this will help. You have helped me in not gaining weight over the last year and a half…THANK YOU

Hey Lucy, I am only 14 and love to feel fit and healthy but I don't have much self confidence. I have put on wight since my netball season over winter and really want to get slimmer (loose belly fat), more toned and healthier. Could you do a character for a younger teenage bracket because I worry that becoming too obsessed with my weight could lead to problems in the future.

Hi, Lucy! I'm not sure what plan I should use. I'm 23, I am not new to fitness (I played lacrosse in college), but my first year of teaching and being diagnosed with a thyroid disease has made me gain weight that had originally lost years ago. It's summer, so I have a lot of time on my hands before the new school year starts. Which would work best for me?

Hi, I've lost 23 lbs in a little over 3 months. I am very interested in the cardio characters. I work 12hr overnight shifts so am looking for an exercise plan that is fast paced but low impact and standing (no floor exercises) as I workout on my shifts. I'm in much better shape and love the hiit exercises and cardio ones (walking and toning). Which cardio character profile do you suggest for me? Thx!
