would you recommend this for a 16/17 year old
Hi coach, I'm going to the US on tuesday to visit my family and will be staying a month. I just finished the 30 program to get in shape and will start the warrior 90 once I get there. The problem I have is that I don't know what to do about dumbells, you always say to grab a pair of cans from the kitchen, but they don't weigh enough. Also, buying some dumbells there is not an option either. Do you have any ideas? Maybe I can join a gym for the month, or maybe just replace muscle day with cardio (I know that isn't recommended)? I just hope my family has some dumbells laying around but I really doubt it.
So I'm a 300 pound 5'10 man and Ive been following your work out and healthy eating videos for the last month. Ive lost 15 pounds in only 1 month of exercise and healthy eating! thanks for the motivation
