Love the non repetitive workouts!!
I do have to say that I preferred the swiss ball workouts over the ballet inspired toning workouts. But that being said I still loved May!
This has been my favourite challenge so far Lucy! Loved every day of it. This finale is my all time fave. I'm keeping it in my playlist of best workouts ever.
Lucy thank you for these videos. I had been walking and hit a palatou and was not noticing any difference. I searched on YouTube for other videos and I found yours. Thank you for what you do. I have noticed a change through out this month. #lucysquad 💪

I loved this one! Not repeating moves definitely made it fly by and kept me motivated to work harder on each move! I'd love to see more like this!
Hi Lucy… I follow your HIIT and toning workouts every day. I simply love them a lot as I get a variety and, the routine never gets monotonous. I had one question, though… I repeat the whole routine for about 7-8 times and, my total workout spans for about an hour… Is it advisable to do so or, can it have any side effects? Am I exercising on an excessive scale?

thank you so much for making each and every video where people like me can do low impact hit workouts. I am only 27, but I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 14 and I have been constantly fighting with my body weight. Your videos have challenged me but have also helped me due to your efforts on always having the low impact workout on the left and I really appreciate it that you do that in all of you videos. A specials thanks from my Knees and I lol! Really appreciate your videos and I hope that you keep them coming as I am sure there are many young people like me out there that are also benefiting from this!

I love this one I find 20 seconds per move easier to do over a minute or 40 seconds per move…would love to see more of these types. Thanks so much Lucy, your amazing!
