I love your workouts, but there is a lot of downtime in between each set of reps in the workout. The amount of time we are actually working in this video is not much because of the large amount of downtime. Thank you.

Thanks for a really great strength workout! I tacked this on to a 30 minute Strength HIIT session, making my workout a full hour. Whew! 🔥 This was so fun and challenging! 🤸‍♀️💪 I especially loved the 1-legged squats, and the reverse bicep curls. You guys never disappoint, with a workout or with your fun and supportive personalities. Thanks for being YOU! 💖😊

Couldn’t help but laugh while doing reps 😂 made my stomach hurt even more because some ab is involved in the last move

Just tried this one. I kinda love the more unpolished video. It really felt like I was working out with you in more of a 2 way workout as it seems so conversational. I kept thinking I wasn't getting a good bang for my 30 minutes because of the breaks but boy was that wrong! I took a shower, came down the stairs and my legs and glutes were already feeling it! Loved it!!! Also just loved that it was a little different kind of a workout. I had to combine my 15s and 5s on some and that really involved some grip strength! Looking forward to your new ones coming out!
