This looks super exciting. When I do toning workouts, I do your HIIT workouts afterward 😀 What is also so cool is you can do this workout for even longer than 4 minutes if you wish to.

I've been doing your 4 minute HIIT workouts since September '16 and so far I've lost 4 stone and gone from a size 18 to a 10/12! Alongside a healthy diet, not only do I look better, but I also feel so much healthier and more energetic. Thank you for all the work you put into your channel. I couldn't have gotten this far without it ❤
The 3rd move I found really hard to balance and kept nearly falling over 😔 have balance issues at the best of times but struggled today, hopefully get on better tomorrow but I tend to not like the ballet ones as much as the boxing ones, at least I tried to do it
