Yay! I'm Baaack! I pulled my quadriceps muscle and hamstring on my right thigh over the weekend, so I've been taking it very slow and easy. I finally felt up to a shortie workout and this was awesome. It gave a little stretch and a little work without overdoing it. No lunges for a while but I'm building myself back up. Thanks for giving me an easy workout. I also loved your seated chair yoga and seated chair cardio/strength on Monday/Tuesday when I couldn't really get out of my seat. 🙂

OMG WOW just simply WOW. Really didn't expect that I was going to feel it in my shoulders, they were burning before 3 minutes hit, such an eye opener on how weak my muscles really are. These standing only routines are great, especially for big girls like me who have a lot of trouble laying on my back and lifting my legs. Just what I needed to help me get rid of the 20lbs I gained back from a 50lbs loss, still have 100+ more to go, this is a great stepping stone for fitness.

I loved this one. It isn't easy for me to get on my legs or knees. This was one I can definitely do and still work up a sweat. Have to say, some of these exercises cause me to feel so drained and worn out but two months ago I was in constant pain, had a hard time moving and noticing some things in my body that was frightening. Now, the pain in my lower back – gone. I can move more and have noticed a bit more energy where I had none before. Thank you for these exercises. I may grumble and moan, but can not deny the fact that they are helping me.

Loved this workout! At only 9 minutes, it was over before I knew it! I'm on a tight schedule this morning, and wasn't sure about adding a second workout after the power walk, but this was perfect! Thanks, Jessica
