Strong lift. Question you every link up with Mark Bell re: your bench form. You should try bringing your elbows in like you're bending the bar. Shorter range of motion may help for bigger bench.

Hey you guys when my daughter was born I put lifting heavy and bodybuilder training on the back burner and put work first to provide for my expanding family is CrossFit good to get into because now I just want to be in good shape to keep up with the kids

Hey Dana! Try a yoga mat on the bench. Our benches at school are super slippery and the floors too. As for the floors, I use my oly shoes which works on the school floors (but not all floors, leg drive game to strong), but you could try wetting the bottom of your shoes (sometimes works, just not on competition platform carpet 🙁 ). Good luck at nationals!

i found a while ago that throwing a rubber bath mat on the bench where your shoulders are turns any bench into a perfect bench, fuck wrapping it in bands, just doesnt feel the same

If you'd get your elbows tucked a little better at the bottom to use your lats more you'd definitely see a bigger lift. Your form still looks like your bodybuilding.
