Really struggling with this one. Been trying it twice a week for ages now, but it isn't getting any easier – if anything it's getting harder, and I'm only using 5 pound dumbbells. My arms literally give up by the 3rd round – I'm trying so hard to push through it but my arms simply refuse, there's nothing I can do. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, I guess I just have naturally weak arms. I can cope with most of the cardio/fitness and ab workouts (even some of the toughest) yet when it comes to triceps and shoulders, I have the strength of a mouse. Oh well
