why would we warm up before an 8 min workout? i think a workout this short is more like an add on, not a normal session

I WFH and was getting ready for my morning shift. This 8min workout came on as a YouTube advertisment… I slipped on my sneakers and actually did it. 😂 It was great. Thanks!

Okay so i tried this workout yesterday with my mom and honestly i was breathless… i did not feel like 8 minutes.. it was like forever… but i also did another round cause my mom pushed me for it and i am lying dead sore here …. thank you popsugar ..!!!
