All you do is work upper abs the entire time with this work out. 8 minutes of crunches is what this should be called. Totally lacks diversity. I will not be repeating this workout ever again.

I try to do this workout at least 5 times a week and in a few months I got ripped abs. It really works and anyone can spare 8 minutes so go for it 🙂
Am I the only one who struggles with keeping their back on the floor? My back is naturally very arched leading toward my butt so it's kinda difficult and I end up with a little bit of back pain
