@delleoo1 A 6 pack takes far more than just situps; a healthy diet and very low body fat percentage also play a role. I would tell your sister to focus more on being toned and strong than necessarily obsessing about a 6 pack, especially if she's only 12.

No; abs are just like any other muscle, they need time to heal. Especially if ab muscles are sore from a previous workout, give them a break. Every other day would be good if you are doing really challenging ab workouts.

How long would it take to get your stomach flat. I weigh about 115-120. And my height it 5'5 and my age is 15 .. so like how long ? Please Reply 😀
i tried that first one, but something happened and I am still lying on the floor..its been several days…ill remember not to do that one again

Ive started feeling unhealthy again, so I have began to exercise again. However, I think I should of made a routine first. Began this routine and it is a killer for me. I will began my challenge in two days soon as I recover. Ill keep up you up to date. I love the fact how you talk and guide through the exercise. I have one question though, does it matter how many reps I do, or just how many i manage during that minute?

They should mention UP FRONT this is for someone who has excellent core strength. This is not for beginners.

Just starting out with this exercise routine. Feeling it in my neck I think more than I probably should be. Is this normal? What do I change if it’s not?

Hey! I really like the choice of your exercises and the design in which you're presenting them! The last exercise though (toe tough crunches) is hard for me, I feel like I can't lift my shoulders up like you do. Any tips how to alternate the exercise?
