So: I USED to be able to do them. And then I stopped stretching and I totally lost it 😀 but I remember: it loved the feeling & the simple fact that “I can do the splits” lol.
Those stretches are fully targeted on hip mobility, hamstring & thigh flexibility. This is necessary to slideeee into a front split.

You can do this after any kind of workout, as a wake-up stretch in the morning or before yu go to bed 🙂 there is no “wrong” timing here.
No Equipment needed. Just prepare a soft surface like a yoga mat or towel 🙂

who's in for a 30-day challenge? Fun Fact: I was even DREAMING about gracefully sliding into the splits haha. It was the nicest feeling ever 😂😂 I was just walking around the house – splitting my way through the rooms.

To get the splits you have to start with a minimum every day stretching of 15-20 minutes the first month and work up to 45-50 minutes every single day. By the time you finish your first month, you can jump to 45 minutes. It took me 9 months of every day stretching to get the front split and almost 11 months to get the side split and comfortably sit in it. From there another 5ish months to get a full pancake and another 2 months to rest with the head in my knees like those crazy yoga poses. It is a process especially being in my early 30's the body wasn't as flexible, in fact, the older you get the less flexible you become.

i used to be able to do the splits since i was once in karate club, but after years of not stretching my legs or doing the split, i lost my flexibility and it makes me so sad. so im gonna try this starting tomorrow for 2 months and see!! i used to do the splits without any problem now i tried it hurts and i cant do it anymore. hopefully this will help!!
So I really want to be able to do the splits so I’m going to do this every day for two weeks and see where that gets me 🙂
Day 1 ✅ I’m kind of flexible so the poses aren’t too hard, excited to start!
Day 2 ✅ I’ve been doing other stretches with this one, and I’m already noticing a difference!
Day 3 ✅ Going well, I’m getting pretty close to getting my right splits

Day 7 ✅ I’m noticing that I’m a lot more flexible and the stretches are becoming more and more easy as I do them more!!

Results: I am SO close to getting my right split, but more than that I have noticed how much more flexible I am. I couldn’t touch my toes before and now I can go even further than my toes. This is a great challenge that will 100% make you more flexible and I definitely recommend it!!

These streches are amazing i really felt them imma keep track on the pain and how much farther im going into my splits on a scale of 1/10
For 2 weeks!
Day 1: Pain: 7 Farther: 0 Oh my gosh I almost lost my mind the music is great but I am not flexible..
Day 2: pain 7 Farther: 0 So nothing changed hoping it gets better..
Day 3: Pain 6 Farther:0.5 I'm improving but it is still hard.
Day 4 Pain:? Farther:? I skipped this day bc my legs were jello. I'm excited to start again tomorrow 🤗.
Day 5: I missed my alarm, DANG IT.
Day 6: Pain: 5.9 Farther:0.8 I'm improving slowly but surely!

Im gonna track for 30 days!
day 1 ✅ – it was very difficult for me atleast i haven’t been very active, but i felt the stretch, i don’t think i did all the stretches correctly but i’ll keep tryinggg
day 2 ✅ – i could feel the stretch more, and it actually felt a tiny bit easier
day 3 ✅ – today i really felt improvement i could go lower, and i felt the stretch become less painful, i struggle with holding my thigh back tho

Most of these stretch exercises are very tricky because I'm not flexible.😫
The last song made me cry, while stretching, my mindset stretched too.
Lately I am doing a mind exercise: imagine your ideal partner, make the list, prioritize and make a top 10 out of that. Imagine that person, see and feel this person. Then imagine what partner would this person be attracted to? See&feel it. Next step…..Become that person.
That is one off the reasons to exercise with Pam.
