First work out i've done in years. I had my 2nd baby 3 years ago and i quit smoking. I've gained about 50lbs. This work out was perfect i was following the easier moves with the water bottles l almost didn't make it. I figure i'll keep doing this every day until it gets easier then i'll bump it up. Plus my 3 year old was able to follow along. Thanks

Thank you for this workout. I am a driver, and am on the road for many hours at a time. I have been really exhausted lately, and realized I need to get back into the exercise game. This low impact workout is just the ticket to get me back into a regular routine, and the time it takes to complete it is just right for my busy schedule. I love it. Thanks guys. Cheers! 🙂

This is exactly what I needed. All other "beginner" work outs were too much for someone so obese who hasnt worked out in 10 years. I appreciate this!!

Coach Kozak and Claudia! Thank you for all you do. Trying to get back into getting fit again. Past a certain age, it feels like even the smallest effort can set off an inflammatory reaction that makes me gain weight rather than lose. Starting small and hopefully steady.

I am 68 years old with numerous ailments . Tried many exercises but could not carry on as were too high impact .The 8 min low impact cardio is the only one I have stuck to for 2 weeks : don’t know if I have lost weight but feel better . Thanks

I'm so out of shape and every other work out is all like "okay so you just breathe and then run for 10 miles" so this is really nice.

Thanks for this great little work out! Trying to get back into shape after having two kiddos, I need to really ease into things. I also don’t like to work out until it hurts, so the two options for each movement was great. Sometimes I could do the higher intensity and others lower. Thanks!!

This is probably one of my favourite hasfit workouts, as I can follow coach perfectly with the 1kg pink weights. Even when I'm out of shape this is perfect place to restart.

This is a great workout, perfect for beginners with no bounce and no exercises on the floor thankfully! Only spoiled by ads that appear in the middle of the workout, spoiling momentum and concentration.
