Hi cassey , I really hope you see this comment, I just wanna say that I've been doing your workouts since 5 or 6 years now and you really helped me so much , and I just knew that you got so much hate on your 90 day journey and people saying you are not body positive and misjudging you , and I'm really sorry I didn't know before and supported you on that , but I just wanna say that you helped me so much w/ loving my body and being healthier and I thank you so much for that !
