I still cannot do this standing. It hurts my lower back SO BAD. I have to do it on all fours 😢 I also don't feel my butt whatsoever on the last move, only my quads. I'm not moving up and down, am I doing something else wrong?
Everyone speaks of back pain, but does anyone get pain in the standing foot? I suspect that the arches in my feet have collapsed, so it is very painful to stand on one foot for a long time.

If this hurts your lower back try doing it on all fours. I hurt my lower back doing a butt workout like this a couple of months back and it still bothers me 😔

8/10 it burns but those attitude pulses are hard and I don't even know if my form is correct
I love the workout. Sorry I can't get my leg all the way down, doing the long lunge. I just did a normal lunge in place of that last move.
I dunno about anyone else but I can't do the last one, the long leg pulse. It's super hard for me.
Thank you Cassey for all your amazing workout videos! I’m such a loyal fan, I don’t even watch anyone else’s videos. Lol. This one in particular is my favorite. I’ve been watching and doing it on average once a week for the past couple years. If it becomes ‘too easy’ I add resistance bands. Anyways just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you!
